Finding acquisitions
On behalf of our Clients we search for acquisition targets worldwide and specialise within the technology, engineering and manufacturing sectors. Acquisition searches are carried out on a fully contingent basis, i.e. no acquisition made then no fee.
Some of the acquisition targets currently being sought for Clients include the following:
- A distributor of after-market new engines, gear boxes, drives or steering parts for either earth moving equipment or agricultural vehicles. Sale value between £5M & £100M. Location can be worldwide.
- Niche producer of men’s wear or ladies wear selling to the retail/corporate market with high profit margins. Turnover up to £5M and Northern based.
- Niche producer of extruded plastic products for the medical industry. Turnover up to £10M and UK based.
